Experienced Operation’s Executive, Lean Leader and Leadership Coach

Over the past 30+ years, I have focused my entire professional life on leadership development, creating truly great teams and leading sustainable Lean Enterprise transformations.

My experience with Operational Excellence began at the Pratt & Whitney aircraft engine company where I was fortunate to have learned at the hands of several wise teachers from Shingijutsu in the early 90’s. I have walked in the shoes of a shop floor supervisor, a Plant Manager and a C-suite executive with global responsibilities and plant networks spanning 60 plants across 30 countries.  I am a life-long improvement practitioner and teacher passionate about helping teams break-through the performance barriers standing in the way of optimal performance.   I specialize in teaching the leadership principles, management system methods and tools required to begin or to advance an organization’s Lean Enterprise transformation.  

As a graduate of West Point, and having served as a U.S. Army Infantry officer, I have been a life-long student of leadership development and leadership coaching. I firmly believe we all have the potential to continuously improve and more fully develop our leadership capabilities and effectiveness. I have helped numerous leaders break through the obstacles and personal narratives that seem to be holding them back in their careers and in their broader human fulfillment.
